G Fin Tube

A G Fin Tube is a type of mechanically grooved finned tube where an aluminum or copper fin strip is inserted into a precisely machined G-shaped groove on the surface of the base tube and then firmly locked in place. This structure ensures excellent fin stability and efficient heat transfer.

Compared with ordinary wrapped fin tubes, G Fin Tubes provide better fin bonding strength, uniform heat transfer, and improved resistance to vibration and thermal expansion. They are suitable for medium to high temperature applications.
