Spiral Fin Tube Machine

A Spiral Fin Tube Machine is specialized equipment used to manufacture spiral finned tubes by continuously forming and attaching a fin strip in a spiral shape around a base tube. Depending on the finning method, the fins can be high-frequency welded, mechanically wrapped, or laser welded, ensuring strong fin attachment and efficient heat transfer.

This machine is designed for high-efficiency and stable production, producing finned tubes with uniform fin pitch, consistent geometry, and reliable performance, suitable for various industrial heat exchanger applications.

What is Spiral Fin Tube Machine？

1. The equipment adopts continuously variable transmission to control the tightness of the warp. Making the warp tightly wound on the light pipe without loosening.
2. Using the frequency conversion motor to adjust the fin pitch range (2.3~5mm). The fin pitch is uniform and the precision is higher. With screw driving and rolling drives the trolley to move around in circles.
3. For gearbox, we have self-developed positive and negative transmission power system.
