2. What Are <\/strong>KL Fin Tubes<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

KL fin tubes<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0are a type of finned tube that are bonded mechanically. They are formed by wrapping an aluminum fin strip around a knurled base tube.<\/span><\/p>

The first of these steps is to create the tube with a knurled outer surface. This is then followed by a process of tight winding of the aluminum fin strip.<\/span><\/p>

The process guarantees the attachment of fins is strong and quality is uniform.<\/span><\/p>

First, the operators take the base tube material and the tube is then fed into a specialized machine that makes grooves on the surface, this is known as a knurling machine.<\/span><\/p>

In the next step, a finning machine wraps a strip of aluminum fin around the tube. Specialized equipment then forces the fin foot into the grooves that were just knurled.<\/span><\/p>
